Elizabeth Burns MA LPC is a warmly irreverent change agent who brings her expertise to assist individuals and organizations in solving problems in everyday life. She is an advanced intensively trained Dialectical Behavior therapist and mindfulness trainer. She has taught mindfulness weekly for the past 18 years and regularly lectures on the scientifically validated benefits of mindfulness practice.
