The Mindful Nest provides mindfulness training and practice in a non-clinical, non-spiritual and non-religious environment. It’s like a gym for your brain, a safe and relaxing space to develop mindfulness and build up emotional resilience.
We use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidenced-based approach supported by mindfulness practice as the foundational skill set to improve interpersonal effectiveness, stress management, attention span and increased ability to focus.
